What is your refund policy?

To request a refund:

  1. Sign in to your member account.
  2. On the User Dashboard, click on "Donation history" on the left under Quick Links. [P-1_history.png]
  3. Expand the donation you would like a refund for.
  4. Click on "Request a refund".
  5. Add an optional personal note.
  6. Click "Confirm" to send the refund request.

If you have made a duplicate donation or the amount you have given is in error, please contact us at help@AdventistGiving.org for a refund. In some cases we may need to wait to verify that your payment was successful before issuing a refund. Generally a donation can be refunded for up to 30 days.
