How to request for a refund?


Donations made within the past 30 days may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please see the instructions below. For donations made more than 30 days ago, please contact your local church treasurer to discuss your request or contact us at help@adventistgiving.org.


  1. Sign in to your member account.

  1. On the User Dashboard, click on "Donation history" on the left under Quick Links.

  1. Expand the donation you would like a refund for.
  2. Click on "Request a refund".

  1. Add an optional personal note.
  2. Click "Confirm" to send the refund request.
