How to request for a refund?


  1. Sign in to your member account.

  1. On the User Dashboard, click on "Donation history" on the left under Quick Links.

  1. Expand the donation you would like a refund for.
  2. Click on "Request a refund".

  1. Add an optional personal note.
  2. Click "Confirm" to send the refund request.

Or please contact us at help@AdventistGiving.org for a refund. In some cases we may need to wait to verify that your payment was successful before issuing a refund. Generally, a donation can be refunded if it was given within the past 30 days.
