How do I change my password?

How to reset your password:

From a Computer:
It is better to use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome web browsers with our program.  Edge, Safari, and Internet Explorer are not always compatible.

1. Go to https://AdventistGiving.org
2. Click on "Log in" (in the upper right corner of the screen)
3. Click on "I forgot my password"
4. Go to your email inbox to find the password reset email we sent to you.  If you do not find it in your inbox please check your spam or junk mail folders.  The email will be sent from noreply@adventistgiving.org.  Complete the steps in this email to change your password.
5. Once you’ve reset your password please go back to the https://AdventistGiving.org page to log in with your new password.

From a Mobile device

1. Go to the app
2. Click on “Forgot Password”
3. Go to your email inbox to find the password reset email we sent to you.  If you do not find it in your inbox please check your spam  or junk mail folders.  The email will be from noreply@adventistgiving.org.  Complete the steps in this email to change your password.
4. Once you’ve reset your password please go back to your app to log in with your new password.
