How do the local church treasurers keep track of this method of giving?

AdventistGiving provides church treasurers with a report of member donations twice a month.  These reports provide detailed descriptions of each category and amount designated by the donor.  The local church treasurer then disburses the donations in harmony with the givers’ intentions.  The local church treasurer also records member donations in the local church's accounting program and includes them in the monthly report to their conference.
